| Verizon | 101 W Shaffer Ave | Just took 20 tries to make a call. Got fast busy and a message telling me the number could not be completed as dialled.
Also use a Jetpack for Internet, and that has been bad to horrible for half a year. I get a solid 3 or 4 bar 4G but there are times I can't even load email. Midday is okay, evening is horrible, and weekends are bad.
I talked to the manager of a local Verizon store and he said "Yeah, I hear a lot of complaints about that tower." Great, so when do they do something about it? | 2019 |

| Verizon | 17731 B 5 | Never had a problem until 3 weeks ago. Suddenly I can no longer use my phone in my house. I can get poor coverage on the west side of my house. No coverage on east side. I have to drive down my driveway (about 300 ft from my house) to use my phone, and then reception is garbled. Texting is sketchy at best. My daughter who has Straight Talk can use her phone in my house just fine. My phone is an Apple iPhone 5s. Please help. | 2019 |
