Verizon | 3669 Old Lewis River Rd | My home is 5 Miles off the I-5 Corridor, not out in the boondox! I pay for Verizon service and can barely ever make or receive calls. I have 1 bar of service on the phone. There is service 1 mile down the road. I am really sick of paying for service that I cannot use in my own home. | 2014 |

Sprint | 15508 NE 104th St | Moved here with Boost, part of Sprint, and calls have very poor reception, and will drop occasionally. 3G is very spotty, and low on signal. I have to go into the center of town to get reliable coverage for calls and data. | 2019 |

Verizon | 1916 NE 335th Ave | Despite 3 directional antennas serving each of 3 wireless modems, we have frequent "no internet access" episodes affecting one or all of the modems. The hours suggest network overload, oversold network with inadequate investment in adding tower capacity. Signal strength on modem displays is usually one bar at these times, enough for phone calls but not data. Multiple calls to tech support have happened; one time that we were given field engineer report it came back as slow network speed without further information. Verizon hasn't even given us the benefit of what they know about tower locations and where we might re-aim our antennas for the best results, nor any information about plans to improve network capacity. At about $225 per month for 2 phones and 3 modems, to get enough "unlimited" 4G at a limit of 20 Gb per device, this is a poor value. | 2019 |
