| Verizon | 5223 Alum Ridge Rd NW | While I realize that this entire county (Floyd, VA) has marginal cell service, I have been able to keep calls when travelling through this specific area for the last 10 years. Only since mid-July have I consistently experienced dropped calls in this location. This leads me to suspect that there is a problem with a tower that normally serves this area.
