| Verizon | 9652 Bacon Ave | Verizon. Constant dropped call, poor reception, usually only 2 bars. Will go from 1x, 3G to LTE while sitting in the same spot not moving. Face time if very poor quality. If you make a call late(after midnight) the quality is much better which leads me to believe this is a cell tower problem. During the peak usage hours the towers are not able to keep up with the demand and just as your wireless home router will do the more demand the slower it will run. The carriers need to invest in upgrading their towers to meet demand. I will be taking this up with a local news agency to see if they want to do a piece on the subject and I will be contacting our local politicians to complain about paying for a service that I feel I am not receiving my moneys worth. | 2016 |
