| Verizon | 5800 W Walden Dr | Before a hail storm a few months back, we had poor reception in a small area around our house. Now it's much, much worse. Most days I have to stand outside to make a phone call, and frequently that doesn't even work - audio cuts in and out, or call drops completely. Incoming calls will go straight to voice mail without even registering as a missed call. Texting seems to work fine, though. It seems if I go 2-3 blocks in any direction, reception improves and calls go through just fine. It's a Samsung Galaxy 3 phone, so it' not like it's bad equipment. | 2014 |

| Verizon | 120 E 54th St | Terrible reception in area. 4G data sporadic, 3G data crawls. 1bar service, 2 bars if lucky. Many phone calls don't complete, phone calls that do complete cut out randomly.
This is all phones - Apple, Samsung, LG. None of our family/friends can get decent service from Verizon in the area. | 2015 |
