| Sprint | 1111 Lackawanna Ave | Constantly got dropped and interrupted calls in my neighborhood home in Childs, Pa. {near Scranton, Pa., right between Carbondale & Jermyn/Mayfield, Pa. ~ right off of Business Rt. 6 Hwy. & Rt. 6 ~ Casey Hwy. while using my Sprint cell phone. Was told it was a problem because they were working on towers and I would need to use something called an AIRAVE Tower. They had one sent to me saying this would fix my problem .......... Never telling me that they were going to Charge Me $99.00 for this "In House Tower" {because "their Towers" were Not Doing the job!} ......... After refusing to pay for this tower in which I was Never told I would be charged for in the first place & in which I should Never Have to pay for to have the service I Already Paid Well For ......... It was paid for but Then I found out that "I" had to pay to get "Monthly" Internet Service in which I had No Need For {Just To Use This Tower in order to get working phone service in my own home!}. ............ WELL ......... Now, I STILL get dropped & interrupted calls ~ CONSTANTLY after over 2 years now!! ~ Even with the AIRAVE Tower!! I'm about to give up, pay the $ to get out of my contract & after being with Sprint for over 15 years, for this & many other reasons lately .... just get out! | 2014 |

Days of very, very irksome work trying to establish service. Told by CC, Customer Rep. to drive to Mt. Pocono ~8 miles away to use my phone, WHAT? Being a senior citizen with limited use and a low budget, this was my effort to reduce expense to one phone in my home and for "safety net" OTG communication. CC could not reference past coverage troubles, nor do I sense they track same. A very irksome and disappointing experience. "Can you hear me now? Not a chance" | 2019 |
