Our phones are not XLTE capable and we understood that our data speeds would likely increase on 4G with more customers moving up to XLTE bandwidth. Exactly the opposite happened and we now battle constant issues with loss of connectivity in both data and voice. Text messages are also slow to go through. We have been at this location for a year and a half and it's only gotten this bad in the last 4 months. What's up with this Verizon? Oh wait I just remembered. I have a grandfathered unlimited data and hotspot plan and your attempts to block my access to YouTube and other video streaming ended up on someone's desk at the FCC. | 2014 |

I'm lucky to get 1-2 bars of cellular service at home or nearby and it always says I have LTE but NOTHING will load. After a few minutes the webpage will finally error with Network error. | 2015 |
