| Verizon | 178 River View Ln | Constant dropped calls, when call actually connects, it is garbled and cannot hear all the conversation. I have called V. multiple times and they trouble shot the issue but said they can do nothing about it due to using Carolina West towers, other than trying to charge me 350 for an enhancer of sorts. That ain't happening when I forked out the money for expensive phones...we pay V. to provide service to us. I don't are about contracts and whose towers we are bouncing off of. That should not be my problem. Very frustrating when pay for android and it is useless w/o wifi. Even more so when using cell ph for business and job hunting and you cannot be reached. | 2014 |

| T-Mobile | 181 S and K Rd | Drops all calls at the bridge, with little to no service afterwards in the the Bethlehem area. There is z or At&t service, but for some reason the phone won't let me use the towers. I can't even manually activate the possibility. I can sometimes receive texts and once in a blue moon send texts, but it's never consistent. . .and I have to go back into Hickory to actually be able to contact anyone by voice. | 2015 |
