I have called V. multiple times and they trouble shot the issue but said they can do nothing about it due to using Carolina West towers, other than trying to charge me 350 for an enhancer of sorts. That ain't happening when I forked out the money for expensive phones...we pay V. to provide service to us. I don't are about contracts and whose towers we are bouncing off of.
