Verizon178 River View LnConstant dropped calls, when call actually connects, it is garbled and cannot hear all the conversation. I have called V. multiple times and they trouble shot the issue but said they can do nothing about it due to using Carolina West towers, other than trying to charge me 350 for an enhancer of sorts. That ain't happening when I forked out the money for expensive phones...we pay V. to provide service to us. I don't are about contracts and whose towers we are bouncing off of. That should not be my problem. Very frustrating when pay for android and it is useless w/o wifi. Even more so when using cell ph for business and job hunting and you cannot be reached.2014
