| AT&T | 70 Princetonia Dr | My phone keeps dropping calls. It will show 4 out of 5 bars randomly, especially when phone is not being used. When I am in the middle of a phone call, it will either show 1 bar or no bars. No matter where I walk in my house or if I walk outside, it keeps dropping calls. No one else seems to have this issue when they are at my house. Not sure if it is my phone which was used when I bought it, or just AT&T towers in my areas. Please help? Thanks! | 2019 |

| AT&T | 419 Beaucatcher Rd | Phone stopped being able to make or receive calls yesterday while we're at the house--in the shadow of Beaucatcher Mountain, just the other side from downtown Asheville. All four phones on our account with Consumer Cellular (using ATT network). Such a mystery--and an inconvenience. Waiting for CC to research with AT&T but I fear there's been some change to network architecture, so that we'll have to move to another carrier. | 2019 |
