| T-Mobile | 3391 W Railroad Blvd | In Newport north Carolina there is a housing development called riverwoods and its a dead zone for almost all cell phone providers.. Its really a safety issue because if something bad happened nobody has cell phone service to make calls or not even send a text.. I live in riverwoods and I have tried every phone company out there and it doesn't matter it's a dead zone... you have to drive to the main road to get service ..... That's not good what if you needed medical help and nobody is around you to take you and you can't drive because your hurt. At&t wont even let ypu 911... Trust me i tride it. ...yes i dailed 911 but when i hit send to call it ... It popped up no service and wouldny let me dail it .. Thats wrong It should have towers near this development because of cars driving fast and little kids playing in the street accident waiting to happen and there is no service nothing all you get on the phone is a x mark where you service should be ... But if you drive about 15 mins you will have about half service but no internet data something should be done about this ... I know I pay my bill every month for my phone and a lot of other people do to I have and I don't have service in this development still to this day and I bet a lot of other people are having the same problem with there service in the development | 2019 |

Don't trust the coverage map, it says we have the best in all services here. Absolute lie! Keep in mind were only 3 miles from closest tower, They blame it on the trees! | 2016 |
