| AT&T | 131 Co Rd 550 | Once I get a couple of miles outside of Marquette, I cannot get data. Inside of my residence, my phone shows 2-3 bars, but there is NO connection. I have spent hours on the line with several different technicians trying to figure out the issue. They escalated the ticket and I finally got someone on the phone who would admit that there is not coverage in my area. I am learning that almost any area that I am in, outside of the city of Marquette, there is not coverage. You don't cover the area... fine. Just admit it. Stop telling me that you have excellent coverage in the area when you clearly do not. Verizon, here I come. | 2016 |
