| Verizon | 1313 W Adams Rd | Used to have decent coverage but it has deteriorated considerably in the past several months. Customer Service at Verizon is disgracefully non-responsive and lies about contacting me with information (3 times so far I've been promised calls which never come). Dropped calls, calls don't register/phones don't ring, messages come late or not at all. As mentioned, at one time our coverage here was much, much better. Whatever the underlying reason might be, Verizon has obviously chosen to ignore me, blow me off and lie to me. Can't wait for the almighty contract to end! | 2014 |
