| Verizon | Greenhouse D - Conservatory | Data speeds are consistently poor around K-State Gardens and Jardine areas over the last couple months at least. Voice calls seem to work fine. Sometimes after cycling my phone through airplane mode it will work for a few minutes, but then it slows to a crawl, often causing my phone to overheat and chew up battery incredibly fast. Haven't had this issue anywhere else in Manhattan, but consistently when I'm in this area. | 2019 |

My friend has an At&T phone -- he could only get a signal at the corner of N. Kansas St and E. Swensson Ave.
