Verizon | 702 S Harvey Ave | Calls are lost often enough to worry about it happening during important business/bill phone calls. Data charges are constantly being increased every month even though our usage stays the same, which is pretty much nonexistent. My husband might make a phone call once a month and we use our computer to look up everything. We also utilize the wireless connection for his phone from our computer despite these actions or lack there of (including texts that range under 20-40 a month they continue to claim our data usage has increased. I suspect it's their lack of towers we are paying for in reality since I have to charge my tracphone or Verizon phone in the same location twice a day and while back home in NY I only have to charge the same phone once every 4 days. | 2014 |
