| T-Mobile | 9227 Blue Ridge Rd | have zero signal or network about 95 percent of the time when within about 1 mile of my residence. will sometimes receive calls or messages but will NOT allow me to call out or reply to texts unless the network just happens to connect for a couple minutes then it drops again just as quickly. IRRITATING to say the least, as I was told this shouldn't be a problem when I got the phone. | 2019 |

| Verizon | 425 W Main St | My grandmother lives in this small town and cell service barely works. I never have more than 1 or 2 bars and it's 3G instead of 4G. I can't FaceTime unless she's connected to the neighbor's wifi. It's very frustrating because I often need to do work while here. I currently live in Pittsburgh and don't have problems there. Please please please help. (I know there are problems with other carriers too, but not sure which ones). | 2016 |
