If you're downstairs at Blake's you will have no service. If you're on the street, you might have one bar. If you're living in AZURE, they are literally issuing femtocells to AT&T subscribers. call Customer service numerous times. they just said sorry and told me the "engineers" will take a look into it… asked me to give them 72hrs… but it has been 72hrs, and I just been given a different "ticket number" …. we will see… what's wrong with Tmobile? I just need simple 2G and text service… I'm at middle of no where… I'm middle of Atlanta for god sake…it doesn't make sense I have to travel half mile away to use my phones and bought a Verizon phone to call customer support at Tmobile..… this is in sane…..and it is so wrong in many levels…. | 2015 |
