AT&T | 3635 Marsh Rd | Bad AT&T service ever since we upgraded to the Samsung S7s (around April 2016). AT&T even sent us a microcell booster - but it is not compatible w/satellite internet (which is our only option for internet). I had to get a landline (thru AT&T) since cell service isn't working. So why wld they want to fix cell issues?? I am spending more money with them by needing a landline. I have called into AT&T multiple times and they say their map is showing plenty of coverage. The rep that sent the microcell even said there a lot of those units being used in this area (which should tell AT&T something is wrong). Apparently they even escalated the issue, but still no resolution. I'm not surprised considering it took me ~1 year to get landline fixed when we originally had it hooked up. AT&T sent out multiple reps and then finally case was escalated and rep found that all the copper wiring was stolen off the poles and apparently, there was a storm years prior that damaged the poles//lines. AT&T did a quick fix and never came back to properly fix it. The rep said he never saw anything like it. Now I'm getting same run around with cell issue. Nothing is getting resolved! Coverage is getting worse. I used to be able to get coverage if I stepped outside, now that's even worse. Multiple reps have said if enough people complain, they will look into it more. It shouldn't be this difficult! If there are a bunch of Microcell boosters, obviously people have been complaining. Unfortunately, we can't switch from AT&T due to them being only provider in another location. Otherwise, I would in an instant! | 2019 |
