I own an Alcatel One Touch 5020T which supposedly can make/receive both calls & text msgs via wi-fi, but this is not true. Each time an attempt to connect to wi-fi, the phone acknowledges & confirms connection, yet consistently shows "enabling" and never completes the process. YES the wi-fi router has been tested thoroughly and connects, without failure, to any phone, except mine. And please do not delay the correction process by starting at the 1.) router itself, 2.) the phone is "bad" or 3.) the phone "speed" is not able or compatible.... tired of those and the time it takes to prove they are incorrect diagnostics. PLEASE correct the connection issues in this coverage area, otherwise, another 10+ years customer will be lost. | 2014 |
