It's not just here, but across the street, shopping down the road, and at work (which is about to be another entry - work isn't far - Simms and Collins, so clearly it's an area issue, or perhaps capacity). My belief is that the demand has outmatched their capacity...or a better theory is, they are throttling all of us to maximize profits.	2015
