AT&T | Cypress Way | Constantly drops calls, missed calls, cannot place calls and low-to-no signal. Got a micro cell finally a 5-bar signal, but dropped calls increased and now problems with hearing other conversations (like the old party-line). AT&T promises to install more towers in our area. | 2014 |

Sprint | 25397 Barton Rd | Inside the busy hospital there is no Sprint coverage. It is very frustrating to coordinate work within the prosthetics and orthopedics department here for emergencies. I had to go to a pay phone to call 911 in an emergency for an ambulance to come over from the main hospital to this east campus area. | 2015 |

T-Mobile | 33494 Music Camp Rd | T-mobiles site says I should have 4g LTE and I have no coverage. | 2015 |

Sprint | 24851 Circle Dr | The days go by with great difficulty because of a lack of Sprint coverage here in the Loma Linda University campus. I have to walk nearly a quarter mile away from this building to place any calls, or to always use a pay phone on campus. Not only personal calls, but also business appointments to have interviews for research studies are messed up because of my weak cell phone. I plan to end my contract with Sprint and start a new T-mobile plan if the problem is not fixed within 2 months from June 2015, when my summer break starts. | 2015 |
