| AT&T | 7019 E Balfour Rd | Could not get reliable cell phone service and called AT&T who admitted that due to high density of customers in area, my immediate neighborhood had nearly a dozen Micro-Cells so that customers can use their cell phones. This usually costs about $200 but they gave it to me for free. It is a hassle to use. If you have guests who have AT&T, you can add them (up to 15) and the add takes effect in about 30 minutes. Live a block from Scottsdale so excuse that they don't have enough towers in Paradise Valley is suspect. Also, went through terrain questions - my neighborhood is flat flat flat with no high buildings or trees between me and the towers. Considering switching if I knew service from another carrier would be better. | 2015 |
