Never imagined the service would completely SUCK! I live in San Diego and my mom in Douglas, Arizona and her calls are always dropping or breaking up to the point where you can't even have a conversation. We NEVER had any issues with Sprint before. I'm already thinking of changing carriers after a month because od this crap. You'd think with all the good money one pays for service, you'd be provided that service. Now they were telling my mom 'we'll mailing out a reception booster'. What the hell, you shouldn't require that for all the many that we pay on a monthly basis, $1200 per year or more.
