Verizon | 500 Wynn Dr NW | Regular (not 4G) wireless service): signal strength has dropped to the point where I must leave my office and go outside to use the phone. This has been going on for a week. Signal was previously good in the office. This discharges the battery in the device, as it cranks up its RF power attempting to connect to the service area. Rep at the verizon store (visited last week) indicated that there was equipment failure in the area. A week should have been an adequate amount of time to address this.
